We offer a one (1) year warranty for labour and installation for all aspects of our renovation projects. We stand by the quality of our work and generally will repair items outside of the warranty period if we believe our workmanship has not been up to our high standards.
Yes, we are a licensed contractor in good standing and carry liability and private insurance up to $2Million. All subcontractors that are hired carry their own liability insurance.
We have been in business for over 20 years and are proud to say most of our business comes through referrals from satisfied customers.
From minor repairs and updates to major renovation projects or whole home renovations, no job is too small or too big for us. We can finish, renovate, remodel, or create beautiful additions of any size to your property.
We service both commercial and private residential properties that include, detached and semi-detached homes, condos, apartment buildings, duplexes, townhomes, offices, etc.
Yes.
As part of our estimate and initial free consultation, we will provide a timeline of the expected completion date of your project. Guaranteeing a timeline is sometimes difficult to do as there are a number of factors that will affect this: unforeseen existing problems within the home (i.e. water damage, plumbing issues, faulty electricity etc.), material & supplies availability, a delay or a change in customer's material decisions, limited access to your home during working hours etc. If there is ever a delay, rest assured we will communicate with you so that you are fully informed.
This is difficult to provide a clear cut answer as it all depends on the size and scope of the project, which area of the house you are looking to change, materials selected, and what your budget is. For example, a change to the external perimeter of your home will cost significantly more than simply updating a kitchen or bathroom; adding a dividing wall to create an additional room will cost less than adding a new bathroom.
Once we have completed our initial consultation with you to understand your project, vision, and budget, we will be able to provide you with a more accurate price estimate so you can make an informed decision in selecting your contractor.
It depends on the work being done. Structural, electrical, or plumbing additions require a permit; cosmetic or energy efficiency changes like flooring, doors, windows, heating systems do not. It can be stressful and often confusing as to when you require a permit and how to obtain them; T&T Enterprise is experienced and able to guide you through this process.
We can start work on your project as soon as all the details have been agreed and signed upon.
Construction is loud, messy, dirty, and dusty. While we cannot get away from that, we are respectful of your property and strive our best to minimize the mess and dust to the rest of your house by laying down clean tarps, closing off construction areas, and cleaning the workspace and traffic areas daily.
You can expect everyone who comes into your home to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, friendly, and helpful in answering any of your questions or concerns.
We are professionals with decades of experience. We do things in a certain order or way for a reason- there always exists the possibility for delays. What you can expect and rely on, is that we will take care of it all and keep you informed.
You can be at peace knowing your home is in good hands!
